The Dangers of High Pressure on Your Roof

It’s common to see mold mildew lichen and moss on roofs. The only way your roof should be washed is a soft wash method. A Soft Wash uses low pressure, 100psi or less, to remove the organic growth (mold, algae, pollen, dirt, moss, lichen) and other stains without damaging surfaces on your home or killing your plants. This is the best option for your home.The Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association recommends low-pressure washing as the preferred method for cleaning asphalt roofs in order to prevent damage to the shingles.
